Our highly qualified staff are all handpicked, holding a Diploma, or working towards their diploma. Including two kindergarten teachers – one with a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) and one working towards a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education).

That means we’re able to offer two Government Approved Kindergarten programs, with qualified teachers in each room.

Each member of our team is child-centered and focused on individual development and care, bringing their own unique talents and passions to the centre every day, including different languages, crochet, interest in sustainability, networking within industry groups, and community participation.

Because we’re a family owned and operated Early Years and Kindergarten Centre, providing a positive, family-centred environment, our staff love working here and we have a high retention rate, which means security and consistency in every area.

Our team is multi-cultural, consisting of Mandarin, Hindi, Korean, and Cantonese speakers, which is reflective of the many cultures represented amongst our families at Stretton Early Years and Kindergarten.
